Beyoncé is being sued over her 'Drunk in Love' music video

Beyoncé is facing legal action over her 'Drunk in Love' music video.

According to papers obtained by TMZ, artist Dwayne Walker is claiming that he owns the copyright to the original design of Jay Z's Roc-A-Fella Records logo, which was used in the video.

Walker alleges Beyoncé didn't get his permission before using the design in 'Drunk in Love'.

Walker previously said that he was hired to create the logo in 1995 and attempted to sue Jay Z, his former business partner Damon Dash and execs at Universal Music Group back in 2012.

Walker apparently demanded $7 million (£5.6 million) in unpaid royalties, though Jay Z, Dash, Roc-A-Fella and Universal Music Group denied the claims, saying the logo was designed by an in-house art director.

The original lawsuit was dismissed in September due to a lack of evidence, with Walker now attempting to sue Beyoncé

Last month, Beyoncé's 'All Night' music video was finally made available for fans to see.

Filmed as the climax of her Lemonade visual album, Queen Bey's latest promo clip is purportedly an intimate insight into how she almost lost her marriage to husband Jay Z.

All seems to be well with the couple now, since Jay Z was one of the many celebrity guests who joined Beyoncé on stage for her final Formation World Tour show in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
