Rape is not the Devil's work - Mathematics guru, Cynthia Onwuchuruba says

Popular Porth-Harcourt based Mathematics guru, philanthropist and
writer, Cynthia Adaeze Onwuchuruba aka Cynthymatics who is currently
in the United States has taken to Social media platform, Facebook, to
pen down her view on rape.
The first class graduate of Mathematics from the Nnamdi Azikiwe
University, Awka and CEO ofPEEL initiative, also revealed how she
almost got killed for saying no to a rapist, who eventually did NOT
rape her!
She wrote:
I have never come out publicity to say anything about RAPE before.
Today I decided to.
First, it's never an issue of WHAT THE GIRL is wearing or what the
girl is not wearing.
Secondly, over 60% of attempted or actualized rape has been done by a
family member, a friend or just a familiar face.
Thirdly, 1 out of every 4 girls have had near rape experiences at
least once, if not even raped.
Fourthly, rape can happen to our boys as well. We just need to educate
our children.
Lastly, time will fail me to share of some near rape personal
experiences as a WELL & MODESTLY DRESSED teenager and one even almost
cost me my life for saying no.
So, let's protect our GIRLS and BOYS.
I don't even want to talk about the types of rape or rape attempts or
the effect of it on someone's mind or life.
FOR ALL THOSE WHO RAPED THAT 14YEAR OLD GIRL TO DEATH IN HER HOUSE,
AND ALL THOSE THAT HAVE RAPED A CHILD, MAY JUSTICE BE SERVED FROM
HEAVEN AND EARTH.
Sex must be consensual between two adults in an uncompromised state of mind.
If she says no, SHE MEANS NO!
If he says no, HE MEANS NO!
AND PLEASE, RAPE is not the devils work.
If you did it, you did it.
We pray for a faster and more reliable justice system for all rape victims.
